Connection to import services does not work (4292580)

The following error occurs during testing import service from console:

Connection to the Notes Migrator for SharePoint Import Service:
Unable to connect to the Notes Migrator for SharePoint Import Service at 'http://server:8888/ImportSession.svc' due to the following error: 'The request channel timed out attempting to send after 00:00:05.7500000.
Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout.

The connection from local machine works fine. The URL does not work in the browser.

Make sure the 8888 port is opened between the console and SharePoint service.
