When running the migration job, it starts to transfer data to the target but freezes after a while with the error message:

The import service halts due to large data transfers - this is improved in version 4.5.1
Here are the troubleshooting steps for this issue:
1) Upgrade your current installation (both client and server sides) to version 4.5.1 (or later; please download it from downloads and updates section of SupportLink
2) On the Notes tab of the Options dialog, enable Override default read cache size and set the value to 1.
3) Try to do the migration again and If it is still an issue, please examine Windows event log on the target SharePoint server and IIS settings for the Import Service application pool to make sure there are no settings which are (a) restricting the amount of memory that the app pool can use or (b) causing the app pool to be recycled.
