When installing version 6.2 onto a Windows XP workstation the above error occurs during installation of the NMSP Tool. The designer client will function however the Migrator Console will not start.
There are two methods that can be used to resolve this issue.
1. Remove the software from the workstation and re-install again. When you install the tool please ensure you have full administrator permissions on the local machine
2. Run the mmcperf.exe utility to install the missing assemblies in the GAC.
