When upgrading Migrator for Notes to SharePoint (MNSP) on a shared host, the installer may encounter the following error.
System.InvalidOperationException: Unable to get installer types in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\Migrator for Notes to SharePoint\Bin\MigratorConsole.dll assembly.
There is another user logged into the server hosting MNSP.
Reboot the server or have the users that are currently logged into the MNSP server log themselves out prior to upgrading the software.
