During a migration some SharePoint Online users are not being mapped. The following is an example of the error.
User mapping failed for 'CN=John/OU=SP/O=Quest' to ()
For any missing accounts, determine whether the user has left the company. If this is the case you can specify on the Advance tab of the job file to substitute a user for this situation. Otherwise the user will have to have an account in Office 365 prior to Migrator for Notes to SharePoint being able to map the user.
If the account is locked the mapping will fail. This will need to be corrected prior either by unlocking the account or using the substitute option on the advanced tab of the migration job.
