In a coexistence scenario, Domino groups may be represented by contact objects in Active Directory (AD). At some point in the migration process, these contacts may need to be replaced with AD group objects using the Notes Migrator for Exchange (NME) Groups Provisioning function.
Can it be ensured that the legacyExchangeDN of the contact object is copied on the newly created group object?
Since NME 4.5, a switch was added which controls the behavior of creating proxy address for legacyExchangeDN when performing the NME groups provisioning. It saves the legacyExchangeDN from the contact and adds it as an X.500 proxy address after creating the group.
