When the Self Service Desktop Migrator is launched the following error is displayed:
"License Key is either Invalid or expired"
This error may be associated with a license upgrade from a trial to a full license or when a new license is applied to the Administrator Driven Batch Migrator and the Self Service files are not updated to reflect the new license information.
On the machine where the Administrator Driven Batch Migrator is installed, please go to Help/About Quest Notes Migrator for Exchange and look to make sure that your license total is accurate by double clicking the license which is displayed in the box.
Now, try using the new folder/files which were generated to run the Self Service Migrator on the end users machines and the license error should be resolved.
