The Locate Notes Datastores does not add the path to the PAB or Archive after running the process, even though the user's PAB or Archive exist in the folder which the tool was pointed to.
The log file will also show this message, but is not displayed as an error or warning.
Owner 'CN=Test User/O=Test' is not in the Collection; ignoring.
This is caused by the Ownership of the Archive or PAB not being consistent with the user who actually owns it.

STATUS:
This is a known issue with some Notes environmental setups and at this time there is a workaround as documented in the attached file.
