When migrating with Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE), you may see the following error in the migration log file:
"[0-248-7-A0FC04DA] ... AdditionalRopErrorCodes::MaxSubmissionExceeded (0x000004DA)."
The maximum message size will need to be increased on the Exchange receive connector.
Exchange 2010:
1.) Open the Exchange Management Console.
2.) Open the Server Configuration node.
3.) Click Hub Transport.
4.) Locate the proper receive connector, or default receive connector.
5.) Edit the connector.
6.) Set the "Maximum message size" to the desired maximum size for an individual migrated message, including attachments.
Exchange 2013
1.) Open the Exchange admin center
2.) Click mail flow.
3.) Click receive connectors.
4.) Locate the proper receive connector, or default receive connector.
5.) Edit the connector.
6.) Set the "Maximum receive message size" to the desired maximum size for an individual migrated message, including attachments.
Office 365
1.) Open the Exchange admin center
2.) Click Recipients
3.) Click the "3 dots" above the Recipients list.
4.) Select "Set default message size restrictions".
5.) Enter a value up to the maximum size described in the popup window.
6.) This increased value can take up to 45 minutes or more to take effect.

Note: Any message that exceeds the "Maximum receive message size" will not migrate successfully.
