Group descriptions are not being migrated if they were blank during initial Directory Export. (4347872)

When provisioning groups with the Notes Migrator for Exchange Group Provisioning wizard, some groups are not being migrated with a group description. This issue can occur if the Notes group was recently created without a description, then the NME Directory Export process runs, importing the group without a description. When the Notes group is later updated with a description, subsequent runs of the NME Directory Export process do not import the description.

WORKAROUND

Ensure that all newly created Notes groups have the description populated prior to the next run of the NME Directory Export process.

Enhancement request TFS 290113 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Groupwise Migrator for Exchange.
