When migrating to Office 365 with Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE), you may experience a migration thread crash and the following error in the Windows Event Viewer Application Log:
Faulting application name: migappworker.exe, version: 4.15.1.179, time stamp: 0x59f795b7

Fault offset: 0x0001f99f
Faulting process id: 0x57e0

Faulting module path: C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\webio.dll
WORKAROUND 1:
Install Outlook 2016 (32bit) from the Office 365 Portal. The Office installer available from the Office 365 portal is known as the "Click to run" version of Outlook and is updated more frequently for better Office 365 support.
WORKAROUND 2:
MNE version 4.15.1 have been updated to make use of the new "MAPI over HTTP" MAPI (Outlook) profiles. However, in some environments these new MAPI over HTTP profiles have caused issues for the migration. MNE 4.15.1.219 and later have the ability to switch back to the older "MAPI over RPC" MAPI (Outlook) profiles should you encounter this issue. The latest hotfix version of MNE can be found here. Adding the following parameter to the existing [Exchange] heading in the MNE Global Default Settings will make this change and should resolve the issue:
[Exchange]
AutodiscoverDisableMapiHttp=1
Note: Any existing migration configuration templates will need to be manually updated by enabling the "Advanced Wizard Settings" and clicking the "Edit" button while modifying the existing migration template.
