RESOLUTION:
When migrating resources, we search for the resource reservations using the resource's name.
If the name in MNE SQL database has gotten corrupted, MNE will no longer be able to find its reservations in the resource database.
This could happen, for example, if the resource properties were exported to a TSV file and then imported back again.
or used a text editor to edit the file that changed the file's encoding. Then when re-importing the file, the strings got corrupted.
In this case, you can rename the room, export it in MNE, and migrate again.
