When requesting additional licenses from Quest, a new license file is provided. Applying that new license removes all the old licenses from Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE) and displays the new license file count.
Each license file is counted separately within MNE with the new file replacing the old file.
NOTE: When requesting a new license, provide the old license and ask that they be added to the new file.
If there are multiple MNE license files and they need to be merged, this website can be used to request the Quest Licensing department to merge them.
