Delegations for shared mailboxes do not get migrated -
Description
When migrating MIDBs and shared mailboxes the delegations are getting lost. -
Resolution
Currently, it appears that the Notes delegations do come over and essentially become access rights roles on the shared mailbox folders.If the shared mailbox has no license, one can only see the permissions with PowerShell:The first two are at the mailbox level. The third is as the mailbox folder level and represents the Notes delegations:
Powershell commands to view these permissions;
Get-RecipientPermission -Identity ""
Get-MailboxPermission -Identity ""
Get-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity ""
++Note++ When running the above commands "-Identity" was not necessary.
