Data Migration Wizard Crash at the Outlook Login screen -
Description
The data migration wizard hangs the moment a connection with Exchange is made. In the taskbar of the operating system I can see that there is a window open 'Outlook Credentials'. I've configured the tool to use a particular exchange server and not the CAS URL
