This crashing was caused by there being too many Temporary Outlook profiles set up.
Ordinarily, MfNE will create and delete any profiles needed during the course of a migration. However if the Migrator runs into any difficulty and aborts, then the temporary profiles are not deleted. If this carries on, the Outlook Profile section can get filled up.
This causes the crashing we eventually see when running the Migrator
To resolve this issue, Delete all the Temporary Outlook Profiles.
Once this is done, the Migrator will work again and not stop at the Outlook Login section.
