MNE fails with "Unable to open server" when using admin account pool -
Description
- When using admin account pool, Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE) fails with the following error:

09:21:55 Check that mailbox address, user name and password are valid.:
09:21:55 Error 81002746
- If the same migration is run without using the pool, it succeeds
- The UPN and primary SMTP attributes of the Office 365 accounts are different -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Set the UPN and primary SMTP attributes to same value for each Office 365 account.

Issue is fixed in version 4.10. The latest version of Migrator for Notes to Exchange can be download at: https://www.quest.com/products/ -
