When migrating to local PST instead of O365 the migration fails with the following errors:
The MAPI profile is created completely differently when using the Account Pool option. When the Admin Pool feature is not used, Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE) creates a single MAPI profile configured to open the main Exchange Admin account's mailbox and each migration thread shares that one profile. When enabling the Admin Pool feature, each migration thread creates its own MAPI profile. Each of these profiles is configured to open up the mailbox of the user being migrated. This is the 'per-user profile'.
If the user being migrated to local PST does not have a mailbox in O365, the migration thread tries to create the MAPI profile for that user it fails to do so because the user doesn't have a mailbox.
WORKAROUND: Turn off the use of the account pool for that one migration run.
1. Enable "Advanced Wizard Settings"
2. On the "Customize Configuration" page of the migration wizard, click on the Edit... button.
3. Set UseAdminAcctPool=0.
4. Save changes.
Once the account pool has been disabled, the migration will proceed creating a MAPI profile using the main admin account, and the migration should succeed.
A defect request (TFS#714893) has been raised to avoid this issue from happening in a future version of MNE.
