Removal of SMTP Domains (4287909)

During the migration process, several address books imported into NME database. After they are deselected these address books from "Find NAB" section, you still see entries from these address books in NME database

Multiple address books are imported into the SQL database. Those address books are no longer needed and need to be removed from the database.

RESOLUTION 1

To keep your collections intact:

1. Use migdbutil.exe to export the collections to a text file.
2. Backup existing database (NME40DB)
3. Take screen shots of all the GUI settings.
4. Save the ini file to the desktop
5. Delete the database in SQL
6. Set everything up based on the screen shots again
7. Uncheck all the unneeded nabs before doing the first directory export

8. After doing your first directory export... import the file back in using mdbutil. [MigDBUtil is no longer separately available after version 4.4.2]

RESOLUTION 2

To discard your existing collections:

1. Backup existing database
2. Take screen shots of all the GUI settings.
3. Save the ini file to the desktop
4. Delete the database in SQL
5. Set everything up based on the screen shots again
6. Uncheck all the unneeded nabs before doing the first directory export

You will not be able to use MigDButil with NME 4.4.2 and above.
