Set the Exchange Client Access Server Name:

• Open Outlook in the migration workstation
• Go to Account settings and select change
• Verify Cache Mode is NOT checked
• You will see a Microsoft Exchange Server Name such as ch1prd000.mailbox.outlook.com; please copy that and paste where it says Exchange Server in NME.

External SMTP Settings Server Name Administrator SMTP Address:

• This account must have –ReceiveAs right.
• Type the full email account such as administrator@domain.onmicrosoft.com

External SMTP Settings Server Name Administrator SMTP Address:

• This account must have –ReceiveAs right.
• Type the full email account such as administrator@domain.onmicrosoft.com

Which one?

• Select Hosted Exchange

Once you select Hosted Exchange you will see a window called Exchange Proxy Settings. You could get these settings by going to:

• Outlook Account Settings – 0365 account that you specified above
• Select Change then more settings
• Find Connection tab
• Select Exchange Proxy Settings

In Exchange Proxy settings, copy the same into NME Exchange Proxy Settings window.

Option 2 for NME 4.4.1.43 and above

NME can auto generate a temp profile by adding the followings settings in Global Default Settings:

[Exchange]

RPCUseAdminMapiProfile=1
RPCAdminMapiProfile=PROFILENAME

The Profile needs to replicate with the name of the existing Outlook profile for the 0365 user on the machine that has "receive as" rights.
