Active out of office reply email body not migrating to Exchange 2013 -
Description
Migration to Exchange 2013 On Premise of users with an active out of office reply from Notes to Exchange, results in these symptoms:
1. Only the internal reply message is active after the users has been migrated, in Exchange the external message is empty.2. Both the internal and external messages are empty, automatic replies are enabled but the end date is wrong.Following entries are present in the logs:DEBUG: [4056-24-417-00000000]Failed iterating through folder contents.Skipping folder contents iteration: rowcount is 0.WARNING: [5094-83-29-00000000]Error encountered when migrating out of office messageNo out of office settings message found in mail store root folder. Out of office settings may not appear correctly for user in email clients. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
Re-run the migration with "[Exchange]RemigrateMode=0" and "[ServerData]OOF=1" in the Global Default settings
STATUS
This issue has been fixed in Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE) v4.14.1.53. Please raise a new service request to request this MNE version to the support team.
