ACL Permissions are migrated to view All Details in Exchange 2010 for Free Busy (4245150)

When User A gets migrated to Exchange, User B; who only had permission to Read Public Documents in the Notes ACL in User A's Mailfile, gets granted Reviewer rights on User A's entire Mailbox.

This has been confirmed as a defect in Notes Migrator for Exchange.

STATUS

Issue fixed in version 4.5.1.134. The latest version of Notes Migrator for Exchange can be downloaded at: http://support.quest.com/Search/SearchDownloads.aspx.

This issue reappeared in 4.5 and 4.5.1. It has been resolved again in 4.5.1.134

CR #102739 NME's mapping of Notes ACLs to Exchange access rights has been changed so that the default Notes access level NO ACCESS+Read public documents now translates to no access in Exchange and will not appear in Exchange Delegates.

Public Documents

Public Documents are typically Calendar items but also includes views and folders to which the designer assigned the property "Available to Public Access users." The form must contain a text field named $PublicAccess, and its value should be equal to 1.
