When using Notes Migrator for Exchange you may receive the following error:
"ERROR: Unable to locate nnotes.dll." Notes Migrator requires access to nnotes.dll.
Resolution 1
Verify that the Notes Client is installed, configured, and functioning properly on the machine executing Notes Migrator for Exchange.
Resolution 2
The Notes Client should be installed on the same system drive as Notes Migrator for Exchange. If this is not possible, then verify that the PATH environment variable includes the path to the location where the Notes Client is installed and the nnotes.dll file is located.
Resolution 3
If the issue persists, rebooting the machine where Notes Migrator is installed has been seen to resolve the issue.
