User not found in Global Address List
Resolution 1:
1- Verify the user is not hidden in GAL.
2- Verfiy the user could be found manually in GAL and the Offline AddressBook.
3- Verify cache mode is not enabled in the Outlook profile.
4- Verify the user is mailbox-enabled with the correct primary SMTP address that NME is looking for, which can be found on the Export Notes Directory screen in the SMTP Address column.
5- Temporarily disable the mailbox
6- Re-enable the mailbox
7- Run another migration
Resolution 2:
In some larger organizations there can be users with similar SMTP addresses in the Exchange GAL. For example, the following two users could exist in the Exchange GAL:
testuser1@domain.com
testuser1@domain.com.se
In this case, the two SMTP addresses represent two completely different users in different countries that both have a similar SMTP address. NME version 4.7.0.110 and later have been enhanced to provide better handling of users with similar SMTP addresses in the Exchange GAL.
