Error: "The Exchange Admin/Migration user must have 'Receive As' permissions to the mail store" (4254393)

After filling in the appropriate information on the "Select Destination Exchange Server" within Notes Migrator for Exchange then clicking next, error: "The Exchange Admin/Migration user must have 'Receive As' permissions to the mail store" is displayed in a pop-up message. This error is also seen in Migrator for Groupwise in the Exchange configuration.

Furthermore, when you click ok, and then click the back button, and then the next button again, you may be prompted for credentials to be used when connecting to the outlook profile. Once these credentials are entered, the product can continue and the migration is successful.
