When running the mailbox migration to migrate the user mailbox with Office 365 F Plan license, getting the following error in the log:
00:00:11 ERROR: [4965-24-26-80040111]Unable to open target mail store
00:00:11 MAPILogonEx(~EXCHFB-606559AD-7B8):
00:00:11 MAPI error 80040111
This is due to the Mailbox with Office 365 F Plan license does not have the function to connect via Office Desktop Apps, e.g.: outlook.

WORKAROUND:
Assigned the user mailbox with Office 365 F Plan to have Microsoft Office 365 E3 / E5 license as temporary during the migration period. Once the migration is completed, the office 365 F plan can be re-assign back to the user mailbox.
