There is a required update to MNE version 4.15.1 to resolve this issue, which enables MAPI over HTTP. MNE version 4.15.1 can be downloaded from the following link on our website:

Note: Outlook 2013 is required to migrate to Office 365 with MNE 4.15.1.
Here is a snippet from the MNE 4.15.1 Release Notes:
MAPI over HTTP
This release adds support for MAPI over HTTP. This is now the default protocol when migrating to Office 365.
In order to implement support for MAPI/HTTP, configuration options have changed in the:
• Exchange Server Configuration page in the Notes Migration Manager console
• Select Destination Exchange Server page in the Data Migration Wizard
The configuration changes are described in the Migrator for Notes to Exchange Administration Guide.
If you are still experiencing issues migrating to Office 365 after upgrading to MNE 4.15.1, then you may need to double-check a registry key that can manually disable the new MAPI over HTTP protocol:
Quest does not provide support for problems that arise from improper modification of the registry. The Windows registry contains information critical to your computer and applications. Make sure you back up the registry before modifying it. For more information on the Windows Registry Editor and how to back up and restore it, refer to Microsoft Article ID 256986 “Description of the Microsoft Windows registry” at Microsoft Support.
The key is located on the MNE migration server(s) in the following location:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Exchange
Value Name: MapiHttpDisabled
Type: DWORD
Value: 0
The value should be set to "0" to enable the MAPI over HTTP protocol. If the value is currently "1", then it should be set to "0", then the MNE migration server should be restarted. Any existing mail profiles (MAPI profiles) should then be removed from the Mail Control Panel. A new mail profile should then be created using the MNE Office 365 migration admin account to ensure connectivity with Office 365. Once you are able to successfully connect to Office 365, then you should be able to migrate with MNE.
