The following is seen in the logs when attempting a message migration:

This is caused because the system requirements are not met as per below:
To resolve this issue:
1. Make sure that Exchange System Manager (ESM) is installed on the Migration Console (even if exchange administration tasks are not going to be performed).
2. Ensure that Outlook is installed AFTER Exchange System Manager. This is because the Outlook mapi dlls are needed, and they conflict with the ESM dlls.
3. Outlook must NOT be running in cached mode. This check-box must be turned off in the profile settings.
