Unable to create initial NME40DB, when setting up SQL Settings on a MFNE client.
In this scenario McAfee VirusScan caused the issue. Deinstalling the product (and not just disabling it) resolved the issue.
This issue was caused by the McAfee VirusScan product. In this scenario the product had to be deinstalled, the workstation rebooted and then MFNE launched. Once the product had been removed, MFNE has been able to create the NME40DB, and populate it correctly, before moving onto the next step of the product setup.
