What order does MNE process the mailbox migrations when submitting a Collection (Migrate User Data)?
For example… if a collection with 20 users was submitted and the Thread Count was set to 10, how does MNE choose which 10 go first? Can we influence the order?

Order cannot be influenced. -
Resolution
The best approach would be to set a collection with priority in mind.
