The following instructions should resolve this issue:
Server 2012
1.) Open the Windows Task Manager.
2.) Click the Applications tab.
3.) Locate "Notes Migration Manager"
4.) Click the triangle to the left.
5.) Right-click on "Migrator for Notes to Exchange".
6.) Select "Maximize".
7.) Once MNE is maximized, click and drag on the MNE window title bar to move the window to another location on screen.
8.) At this point, the window may be very small. Move the mouse to the lower right hand corner of the window, until the cursor turns into the double arrows and drag the window to a larger size.
9.) Maximize the window.
10.) Exit the MNE Migration Manager.
11.) Re-open the MNE Migration Manager.
The MNE Migration Manager should now open properly when launched in the future.
Server 2008
1.) Open the Windows Task Manager.
2.) Click the Applications tab.
3.) Locate "Notes Migration Manager"
4.) Right-click on "Migrator for Notes to Exchange".
5.) Select "Minimize".
6.) Right-click on "Migrator for Notes to Exchange".
7.) Select "Maximize".
8.) Once MNE is maximized, click and drag on the MNE window title bar to move the window to another location on screen.
9.) At this point, the window may be very small. Move the mouse to the lower right hand corner of the window, until the cursor turns into the double arrows and drag the window to a larger size.
10.) Maximize the window.
11.) Exit the MNE Migration Manager.
12.) Re-open the MNE Migration Manger.
The MNE Migration Manger should now open properly when launched in the future.
STATUS
A Product Defect, TFS 392115, has been logged and is waiting for a fix in a future version of Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE).
Resolved in MNE 4.11
