Users are not receiving the switch notification in their mailbox.
This issue could be due to the following reasons:
ST80792 The Mail Source Agent cannot deliver the EMWProf switch notification message to a mailbox if the networkAddress property is not set for at least one object from the following container: CN=Servers, CN=Exchange Administrative Group, CN=Administrative Groups, CN=<Exchange Organization name>, CN=Microsoft Exchange, CN=Services, CN=Configuration, DC=<domain name>.
The same behavior occurs when you perform the Switch Mailbox operation in the Migration Manager console.
ST80794 The Mail Source Agent configuration (Config.ini files for all agent instances) is not updated after you apply the Switch Notifications settings in the Default properties dialog box.
