MSA log contains entries like:
CCopyMsg::PreProcessLinkToFolder Warning -2130313199 Link to message/folder cannot be migrated. Cannot open entry ID
What does this mean and will the negatively affect the synchronization or not?
MSA will by design attempt to synchronize absolutely all properties of a message and will try to resolve the links as well.
A warnign like:
CCopyMsg::PreProcessLinkToMsg Warning -2130313199 Link to message/folder cannot be migrated. Cannot open entry ID
is usually related to deleted messages and can be safely ignored .
Example: MSA is processing an e-mail with attachments, the e-mail had other messages attached. Later those messages have been deleted and now MSA is trying to resolve the links in the atatchments, but cannot find the original message.
If eg. user A sends and e-mail to user B and attaches 2 e-mails and then deletes those 2 e-mails then, when procsessing this sent e-mail, MSA will try to find the 2 attached messages and after it fails it will log the warning. This warning is just an information that the link could not
