EMWProf and Windows 7 computers. Log reports: Parameter '-Admin' is not compatible with Window (4353404)

When running EMWProf on a windows 7 machine with the -Admin parameter configured the log reports:

Core [Error] Parameter '-Admin' is not compatible with Windows 7.

Core [Info] Use the Profile Update Configuration Wizard to create a batch file with a valid command line.

What does this mean and how can it be resolved?

This happens because of increased security on Windows 7 machines - EMWProf versions prior to 4.4.5.164 cannot use the -admin switch.
