QMM documentation contains the following requirement for agent hosts associated with Exchange Server 2010 (amongst other requirements):- Exchange 2010 Management tools with the latest available updates

Resolution
QMM agents use PowerShell cmdlets to move mailboxes, mail-enable public folders and perform other tasks.

This applies only to agents and their hosts which are associated with Exchange 2010.Applies to QMM version 8.7 and up.
