Description

Mailbox permissions, such as Send-As and Full permission, is not migrating to Office 365 when inter-operating with Microsoft Directory Synchronization Tool
Cause

This is by design.
Resolution

Migration Manager can only migrate the delegate permission within the Mailbox itself. The mailbox access permission will be handled by the Microsoft Directory Synchronization Tool itself.
The following attributes need to be configured and map in the Microsoft Directory Synchronization Tool :
"msExchMailboxSecurityDescriptor" -> "ExchangeSecurityDescriptor"
"nTSecurityDescriptor" - > "ExchangeSecurityDescriptor"
