Statistics collection is processing, but not refreshing fast enough (4323423)

During the migration you have chosen to install the statistics collection agent and are viewing the portal site, however the data is not being added quick enough.

This can be a result of number of things  in the configuration of the statistics collection agent itself:

1.  Statistics agent has a sleep time, as all agents do.  It turns off the agent for a certain period of time between processing sessions. The default is 15 minutes.
2. Agent has a list of servers on the right pane where it looks for statistics information. Some servers can be configured to be skipped to optimize statistics collection process.

To adjust the sleep time of the statistics agent please perform the following:

1. From within the  QMM (Quest Migration Manager for Exchange)  console, on the Exchange Data tab, right click the Statistics section.
2. Choose the settings selection.
3. On the schedule section, modify the sleep time and schedule to a lesser number or set to synchronize continuously.

To skip Statistics collection on certain servers:

1. From within the  QMM (Quest Migration Manager for Exchange)  console, on the Exchange Data tab,  select the Statistics section.
2. On the right pane right click Exchange server names which do not contain any Quest Agents (or ones where seeing Statistics is not required) and select "Disable Statistic".
3. Later this action can be easily reversed by right clicking on the same Exchange servers and clicking "Enable Statistics".
