When trying to use the "Native Move Request" the mailbox fails with the following error.
"The call to 'https://server.domain.com/EWS/mrsproxy.svc' timed out. Error details: The request channel timed out attempting to send after 00:00:00. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout. --> The HTTP request to 'https://server.domain.com/EWS/mrsproxy.svc' has exceeded the allotted timeout of 00:01:00. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout."
Increase the timeout value on both source and target CAS servers using the steps below.
1.) Browse to C:\Program FIles\Microsoft\Exchange Server\v14\ClientAccess\exchweb\ews
2.) Open the file named web.config using notepad.
3.) Scroll to the bottom of the file or search for "DataImportTimeout=00:01:00"
4.) Change the value "00:01:00" to a higher value like "00:20:00" which is 20 minutes.
5.) Save and close the file.
6.) Open an elevated command prompt and type in iisreset.
