Cause
Mailbox 'John Doe' ('/o=Contoso/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=John.Doe') is being added to the queue with the home MDB 'CN=MainDB,CN=InformationStore,CN=DellMDB1,CN=Servers,CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT),CN=Administrative Groups,CN=Contoso,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=Dell,DC=com'. which is not found in the EXCH_MAILBOXDB table.

Resolution
To add any updated information from the Exchange environments you can follow the steps below to update the Project Database.
1. Go to 'Exchange Data | Exchange Migration Project'.
2. To re-add a source organization, select 'Source Exchange Organization | Action | Add Source Organization'.
3. To re-add a target organization, select 'Target Exchange Organization | Action | Add Target Organization'.
4. Click 'Next'.
5. Under 'Active Directory Domain', specify the domain name.
6. Under 'Logon as', specify the account name and password.
7. If you'd like to re-enumerate Exchange organization information only, without re-adding recipients to the database, check the 'Add Exchange topology only' checkbox.
8. If you'd like to re-enumerate all recipients in the organization, including recipients from other domains, check the 'use Global Catalog for enumeration' checkbox.
9. For additional information, press F1 to access the help file.
10. Click 'Next'.
11. When done, click 'Finish'.
