When synchronizing calendar entries from Target to Source, calendar items are written into source calendars one hour too early.
For instance a calendar entry from 10:00 to 10:30 in a Target calendar will be written into the matching Source calendar as occurring from 09:00 to 09:30. Calendar items synchronize correctly from Source to Target. Which means to say that the problem only occurs from Target to Source.

Workaround
The workaround is by changing system time zones on (calendar) MAgE host to those that have an equivalent current time of the day but no DST enabled.
For example, Brisbane or Guam time zone in Windows can be used for agent hosts in the +10 zone.
