Login Error when add mail or calendar collection -
Description
Despite having a connection between source and target Exchange Organizations, attempting to add mail or calendar synchronization jobs may fail with a popup message stating "The Server Is Not Operational".
The Console log contains a sequence of the form:

Validate account <service account> and check its permissions. ---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x8007203A): The server is not operational. -
Cause
The error may be caused by a lack of permissions or DNS name resolution problems. -
Resolution
Check service account permissions and DNS name resolution for the account and domain indicated in the Console log.
