EMWPROF fails without error when using RPC over HTTP -
Description
EMWPROF fails without error when using RPC over HTTP if the following 3 conditions are true:
- You are using 4.5.3.233 and earlier
- RpcOverHTTP is used on both the source and the target side
- Names of admin accounts set in EMWProf for either side are the same
Mdmp files may be produced, and may only be 0 bytes.

Cause
EMWProf creates a record for the source admin in Windows 7 Credential Manager, but fails to create another entry for the target admin. As a result, MAPI connection fails at EMWProf's attempt to apply changes to the target, and it fails in a way that cannot be caught/handled correctly.

Resolution
1. Use the '-DomainCfg' key in the EMWProf command line.
2. Use '-AdminTrg' to specify some target admin account that has a nme DIFFERENT from the name of the source admin account (specified with the '-Admin' parameter).
