Description
When trying to add an Agent Host to the Migration Manager for Exchange (MMEX) project, you receive an error: User credentials cannot be used for local connections -
Cause
The Agent Host is not properly joined to the domain. It's possible that the computer object was renamed in AD, or it was shortened as it was more that 15 characters.

Resolution
Make sure the Computer name of the Agent Host matches what is in Active Directory. Rejoin the Agent Host server to the Domain to ensure proper domain-joining.
Once server has been properly joined (rejoined) to the domain, restart the Agent Host server.
