The Resource Booking Attendant (Auto Accept) is not working for Resource / Room mailboxes in source or target (depending switch status) and meeting requests stay "Tentative" while they have been auto accepted in source (Or target, depending switch status).
-If a Resource / Room mailboxes is not switched and a meetingrequest is received from a mailbox in source, Autoaccept will work.
-If a Resource / Room mailboxes is not switched and a meetingrequest is received from a mailbox in target, Autoaccept doesn't work and the meetings shows as "Tentative".

A similar problem occurred with the Voting buttons in Outlook. Voting buttons were stripped of the messages after being synced to the target Mailbox.
Microsoft Exchange Server considers these messages to come from an External Organization and therefore unsafe, and will not deliver the meeting invites / acceptances.
This issue was resolved after enabling the option "Externally Secured" on the Default receive connectors in the Exchange (2010) environment.
Before making this change - verify that the Receive connector is indeed Externally Secured, more information can be found in the following Microsoft Technet article:

NOTE: For a scenario where auto-accept is not enabled, and meeting invites are expected to show as 'tentative' in calendars but are not, when either the sender or receiver is switched and the other is not, then enabling 'Externally Secured' on the default receive connectors per resolution will also resolve the issue, and allow meeting invites to show as 'tentative' in calendars.
