"ErrorInvalidUserInfo - A UserId was not valid" error when syncing folder and / or calendar folder permissions -
Description
When trying to synchronize folder permissions, or Calendar folder permissions, from Source to Target, or Target to Source, the following error stack appears in the Migration Agent for Exchange (MAGE) log:
2018-03-12 16:30:45.9936 Px2320 Tx24 A35 C22 M1460 Info Cannot update permissions on folder "Calendar". Trying to update permissions one by one. Internal error: ErrorInvalidUserInfo - A UserId was not valid..2018-03-12 16:30:47.0874 Px2320 Tx24 A35 C22 M1460 Error Cannot update permissions for "TestUser@maildomain.com" on folder "Calendar". Internal error: ErrorInvalidUserInfo - A UserId was not valid..In this instance, the Calendar or Folder belongs to userA, and they have granted folder permissions to TestUser.

Cause
The account is either disabled, or in the case of Office 365, sign-in is blocked, and MAGE cannot grant those permissions. Per the Problem Description, TestUser is either Disabled in Target, or has Sign-in blocked on Office 365. -
Resolution
- For an on-premises Exchange environment, enable the Target account in Active Directory Users and Computers. This is the account that the permissions are granted to; TestUser.
- For Office 365, deselect Sign-In blocked on the account that the permissions are granted to; TestUser.
- In Office 365 Admin Center, select Users.
- Select the account that the permissions are granted to.
- Choose Edit next to Sign-in status in the User Pane.
- Change Sign-in status to 'Sign-in Allowed'.
