Mailbox synchronization may fail if any folder selected to be skipped has subfolders
Description
While synchronizing to Exchange 2013 or Office 365, a mailbox synchronization may fail if any well-known folder selected to be skipped has subfolders. In this case the System.Exception: Matching parent folder not found error is traced. For details on skipping well-known folders, see the description of WellKnownFoldersToSkip parameter here
Cause
MAgE has not processed subfolders properly when skipping well-known folders.
Resolution
This behavior is resolved by installing the latest cumulative update for Migration Manager for Exchange 8.12 (update 20160902EX or above) This update can be obtained here
