QMM Project Manager hangs when setting up a Public Folder synchronization job. EMWMigration.log file shows the following error: 'aeEMWGUIForms::frmPFAWizard::ApplyJobToBase::Error: -2147217913 - [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]'
The default language of the service account used by QMM Project Manager to connect to SQL database is set to language other than English in the SQL database.
To resolve the issue:
1. Start Enterprise Manager
2. Expand the Security | Logins node
3. Open the Properties of the service account used by QMM Project Manager to connect to the QMM SQL database.
4. Set the Language field in the Properties of the service account to English.
5. Restart QMM Project Manager to force a reconnection to the SQL database.
