Resolution
It is important to create an Aelita EMW Recycle Bin public folder for reasons described in https://support.quest.com/SUPPORT/index?page=solution&id=SOL14266.
After the migration is complete, the PF sync jobs are stoppedand the PF content is verified, it is safe for the Aelita Recycle Bin PF to be deleted.
