These errors can occur when trying to copy Exchange Recoverable Items folder between environments. As per QMM 8.7 Release Notes: Dumpster migration in an Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2010 scenario.
Note: The Exchange 2007/2003 to Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2007/2003 scenarios are not supported due to architecture differences.

The errors can be safely ignored and PST files will be archived automatically. Also in QMMEx hotfix 20110602ex the SkipDumpster configuration parameter has been added for the Mail Source Agent. When this parameter is set to 1 in the Mail Source Agent configuration file, the Exchange 2010 dumpster is not migrated. Use this if you are sure there will be no need to restore deleted items in the target Exchange organization after the migration. By default, the value of SkipDumpster is 0.

Setting the SkipDumpster parameter to 1 in Mail Source Agent config.ini will prevent further attempts of copying the Recoverable Items folder.
