The credentials prompt may also say "Unknown".

Cause
A Microsoft Office DLL file has become unregistered prior to CPUU running. -
Resolution
1. Open a command prompt on the client machine and run the following: regsvr32.exe oleacc.dll
2. Run the CPUU update batch file again to see if this resolves the issue.
