A user has been migrated to Office 365 and since then his coloured categories in his calendar are no longer visible in his Office 365 mailbox.
Does Migration Agent for Exchange (MAgE) synchronize user defined coloured categories? Should the user see them in the target mailbox?
To resolve the issue in Outlook 2013:
1. Right click the root node in your mailbox, and select Data File Properties command from the shortcut menu.
2. Click Upgrade to Color Categories button in the Outlook Today Properties.
